1. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. Practitioners must register with accurate business information, including contact details, APCON registration number, and billboard location data.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

2. Services Provided

AdBillboards offers:

• A searchable directory of certified outdoor advertising practitioners
• Billboard site listings across Nigeria
• Contact and inquiry tools to connect advertisers with practitioners

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Account Subscription and Payment

Practitioners are required to subscribe to use listing features:

• ₦180,000 Annual Subscription after a 1-month free trial
• Failure to renew after the free trial will result in account deactivation and removal of listings

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or illegal content
• Impersonate any individual or entity
• Interfere with platform operations
• Use contact tools to spam or solicit unrelated services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Practitioner Content Responsibility

Practitioners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their submitted listings and business details. AdBillboards does not guarantee the authenticity of listings but reserves the right to review and moderate content.

6. User Communication

By using our platform, you consent to receive communications (email, phone, SMS) related to:

• Your account
• Listing status
• Payments and renewals
• Platform updates and offers

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

All content on this site—text, graphics, logos, software—is the property of AdBillboards or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

We may link to third-party services like APCON or LASAA for regulatory compliance. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

AdBillboards is not liable for:
