These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdBillboards platform as a registered advertising practitioner. By signing up, listing billboard locations, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“AdBillboards” refers to the online directory hosted at www.findadbillboards.com, owned and operated by Creativia WebPro Technologies Ltd and Beexo Group.
“Practitioner” means any certified individual or organization offering outdoor advertising services who registers on the platform.
“User” means any advertiser or visitor accessing the directory to view practitioner profiles and billboard listings.

2. Eligibility

To register as a practitioner, you must:

Be a certified outdoor advertising practitioner
Have valid documentation or registration with APCON (Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria)
Operate within the laws and regulations of Nigeria
Have the legal right to list or manage the billboard locations you upload

3. Subscription & Fees

Practitioners receive 1-month free access to the platform upon sign-up.
After the trial period, continued access requires payment of an annual subscription fee of ₦180,000.
Failure to renew will result in the removal of all listings and disabling of account access.
All fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Profile & Listing Accuracy

Practitioners are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information about their business and billboard locations.
Listings that are misleading, unverifiable, or violate local signage laws may be removed.
Practitioners are solely liable for the content they upload.

5. Verification & Endorsements

AdBillboards reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any practitioner, company, or billboard listing.
Practitioners who are APCON-certified may receive a Verified Badge.
Endorsement by LASAA applies to the platform, not to individual practitioners unless separately verified.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Post content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or infringing
Use another practitioner’s identity or billboard assets
Circumvent or attempt to manipulate the platform’s payment or listing system
Spam advertisers or misuse user contact forms

7. Suspension & Termination

AdBillboards reserves the right to suspend or terminate any practitioner account that:

Violates these Terms
Submits false or illegal listings
Harasses users or misrepresents its services
Fails to complete subscription payment after trial

8. Limitation of Liability

AdBillboards provides a listing and connection service only. It does not guarantee business results or advertiser engagement.
We are not responsible for any disputes between practitioners and advertisers.

9. Data & Privacy

By using the platform, you consent to our [Privacy Policy] and agree that your contact and listing data may be used to improve user experience or communicate relevant updates.

10. Updates to Terms

AdBillboards may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform means that it's been accepted by any revised Terms.
