While we provide the platform for listing billboard locations and practitioner profiles, all content uploaded by users is the sole responsibility of the individual or organization submitting it.

Practitioner Responsibility

Each registered practitioner is solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the information and media they upload

• Keeping their billboard listings and contact details up to date

• Complying with relevant advertising, signage, and regulatory standards (e.g., APCON, LASAA)

AdBillboards does not verify each listing in real time and disclaims liability for any false, outdated, misleading, or unauthorized content published by users.

Platform Oversight

AdBillboards reserves the right to:

• Monitor, review, and moderate submitted content

• Remove or suspend any listing that violates platform terms, is reported as misleading, or fails verification

• Suspend access for any practitioner who repeatedly violates content rules
